True open education is for free.

One of the main goals of The Open Education Network to be able to offer education to anyone regardless of their financial situation - whether one has money or not. At this point it is impossible for us to offer a full free education but as we build our own curriculum and educational content we will make it available here through our Free Open Academy. Since FOA is in its beginning stages, there may not be a whole lot of content, but we are developing everyday in hopes that one day we can see our goal completed. In the mean time we offer you high quality accredited education online, accessible anytime, anywhere in the world for a low price - we offer core classes and a large selection of electives for grades 3rd through 12th. Maybe your child is in public school but needs a few other electives - purchase individual classes and only purchases a semseter at a time if you would like - Open Academy is designed to by the educational solution your child needs!
